Preparation:

  1. Melt the jam in a water bath. Meanwhile, wash the cooked kidney beans and heat the coconut oil.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a high performance blender or puree to a uniform mass with a blender.

  3. Place the mixture in a baking pan at 175 degrees for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.

  4. Finally, pour the melted jam over the brownie and garnish with vegan alternative to chocolate lentils. After cooling down your brownies are ready! Enjoy your meal.
