If you have found the desired product, you can add it without obligation to your shopping cart by clicking the button of the same name. You can view the contents of the shopping cart any time and without obligation by clicking the link “Shopping Cart”. You can remove the products again from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the trash icon.
If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, you must first select your desired shipping method and the desired method of payment. In case that you have already ordered before in our shop and therefore have a customer account with us, you can log in with your customer account in the next step. If we do not know your shipping details yet, you can enter them in the now following step. For future orders an account is created for you.
In the final step of the ordering process you can once more check all ordered articles as well as your shipping details and shipping method. Here you can also agree to our general terms and conditions (GTCs). If you have made a mistake or if you want to change your order again, you can still correct the order by clicking the “Back” button. If all data is correct and you agree to our GTCs, you can order with an obligation to pay by clicking the “Buy” button which completes the ordering process.
You may cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
Conclusion of contract
The language of contract shall be English. The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal details and by clicking the respective button in the final step of the ordering process you make a binding offer to buy the products in your shopping cart. Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to check for any input errors and to correct and/ or change them by using the correction function.
The receipt of the order is confirmed directly after submitting the order. This automatic confirmation of receipt merely documents that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. Together with the confirmation of the receipt of the order you will also get the revocation policy for consumers and our GTCs.
We are entitled to accept your order within 2 working days after receipt by sending an order confirmation in writing (e.g. email) in which we confirm the processing of the order or the delivery of the goods or to accept your order by sending the goods. After inconclusive expiry of the above mentioned period, the offer is deemed rejected so that no contract is concluded.
Contract text storage
The contract text is stored and sent to you by email together with the confirmation of the receipt of the order. Furthermore, you can at any time check the general contractual terms and conditions on the “GTC” page and also save them on your computer.

The following methods of payment are available:
Credit card (MasterCard & Visa): Pay comfortably and safely with credit card – quick and easy. Your order is dispatched immediately and your credit card is charged as soon as the goods/ products leave our house.

Ideal: This payment option is available to you for delivery to the Netherlands.
Carte Bleue: This payment option is available to you for delivery to France.
Dankort: This payment option is available to you for delivery to Denmark.
PayPal (also with credit cards): The fastest method of payment. After your registration with Paypal you can pay for orders within a few seconds and we can dispatch your order instantly. By using PayPal you can also pay on eBay and in many other online shops. With PayPal you can also pay by credit card.
Advance payment by bank transfer: The order is dispatched after receipt of payment (unlike with payments by direct debit, PayPal or credit card). Here it is important to consider that transactions between different credit institutes vary from bank to bank and this may extend the processing time by 2-3 working days. For orders from Germany and Austria by advance payment, we give a discount of 3% of the value of the goods.

Please note that depending on your home country some payment options may not be available.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, provided that there is no differing delivery time indicated in the product description, the products are in stock and – in case of advance payment - the bank transfer is booked. Within the European Union your package is usually delivered within 5 working days (depending on country and region). If you’d like more information take a look at Dispatch & return. If any delays in delivery are caused by reasons we are not responsible for (force majeure, fault by third parties, and others), the delivery time shall be adequately extended. The customer is immediately informed about this. If the reasons for the delay persist longer than four weeks after the conclusion of contract, every party is entitled to withdraw from the contract; in case of withdrawal, the customer’s services/ payments in return will be refunded immediately.
Right of revocation for consumers
If the customer is a consumer and concludes a contract with us while for contract negotiations and conclusion solely means of distance communication were used (distance selling contract right of revocation) of which we inform as follows.
A consumer is any living individual person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be ascribed to his/her commercial activity nor to his/her self-employment. Means of distance communication are all means of communication that can be used for initiation or conclusion of a contract without the contracting partners being physically present at the same time, such as letters, catalogues, telephone calls, faxes, emails, short message services (SMS), as well as broadcast (radio and TV) and media services (such as internet).
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.
This fourteen-day revocation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) about your decision to revoke this contract. To do that you can use the attached standard copy of a revocation form, which, however, is not compulsory.
In order to meet the revocation period deadline, it shall be deemed to be sufficient if you dispatch such a notice of revocation before the expiration of this period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have to reimburse you all payments, which we’ve already received from you without delay and not later than within 14 days from the date we receive your notification of revocation of this contract. The reimbursement includes shipping charges (except for additional expenses resulting from the fact that you chose any other type of shipment than the most economic standard delivery we offered). We use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original deal, unless it was explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in neither case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse any reimbursement until we get back the goods or until you provide evidence that you sent the articles back, depending on which happens sooner.
You are obliged to send the articles back or hand them over to us without delay and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date of informing us about your revocation of this contract. The deadline of this 14-day revocation period shall be considered to be met if you dispatch the articles before this period expires.
You bear the direct costs for sending back the goods:
You only have to pay for an eventual loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to any handling by you that is not necessary for examining the good’s quality, features and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of revocation
The right of revocation does not exist for contracts
- concerning the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose fabrication an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or for goods that are obviously custom-made to meet the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that are easily perishable and whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
The right of revocation does expire prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods, which cannot be returned due to reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if these were – due to their structure and quality - inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

In connection with the aforementioned right of revocation, we kindly ask our customers to facilitate the reversed transaction - in case of exercising the right of revocation - by the following actions:
- Please keep the outer packaging used by us and most importantly the original packaging for the purpose of returning the goods.
- Please don’t start using the goods/ articles before you have decided not to make use of your right of revocation. In this way you can avoid eventual obligations to pay compensation (see section “Consequences of revocation”).
