Vantastic foods only uses organic soya from within Europe for their soya flour. The soya beans are broken down by gentle steam heating and then ground into fine flour.
Soya flour is extremely versatile! It can be used wherever normal flour is used. To use it for baking, the soya flour can be mixed particularly well with other types of flour and then also serves as a natural binding agent as a replacement for eggs. To use the soya flour as an alternative to eggs, you can replace 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of soya flour and 2 tablespoons of water.
