Your order is dispatched as quickly as possible provided that the product is in stock and the bank transfer is made in advance.
Within the European Union your package is usually delivered within 5 working days (depending on country and region). If you’d like more information take a look at Dispatch & return. In case of delays in delivery that are caused by reasons we are not responsible for (force majeure, fault by third parties, and others), the deadline shall be adequately extended. The customer is immediately informed about this. If the reasons for the delay persist longer than four weeks after the conclusion of contract, every party is entitled to withdraw from the contract; in case of withdrawal, the customer’s services/ payments in return will be refunded immediately.
Please note the following
During special promotion periods, due to holidays/ weekend or a high order volume it may be possible that there are small delays in dispatch. If you wish scheduled dispatch or no dispatch before the weekend, please inform us about that in your purchase order. If we do not receive any information about it, we dispatch regularly Monday to Friday.
In the warm (summer) months we dispatch heat-sensitive products exclusively from Monday to Thursday to avoid transportation over weekends.
The dispatch takes place with DHL GoGreen and is CO2-neutral.

General information concerning returns
Please avoid traces of usage and damages on the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us completely and with the original packaging.
Please use in any case suitable packaging to protect the goods from transport damages. Please do not send back the product freight forward but as an insured parcel. Provided that we have to bear the postage, please send an email to [email protected] to get your return ticket via email. Please note that the aforesaid information concerning returns does not constitute any prerequisite for exercising your right of revocation.

Tariffs and fees
If you order products at VEGGIE-SHOP24.COM for delivery to destinations outside the EU, it may be possible that tariffs and taxes for import may be charged as soon as the parcel reaches the shipping address. Any such additional fees on this customs clearance have to be paid by the purchaser; we have no influence on these charges. Tariff / customs regulations differ strongly from country to country so that the purchaser should contact the local customs authorities for further details. The same applies to transfers/payments made from outside the EU. Here again, it is advisable to inform yourself of potential fees for payment transactions in advance.

Where we deliver to
We are proud to be able to deliver almost worldwide, which also includes the United States and EFTA-Countries (European Free Trade Association-Countries) like Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein). However, due to some countries' import restrictions there can be problems with some goods and therefore your packet can not be delivered. Until now we had these problems with the following destination countries:
- Luxembourg: We are not allowed to deliver chilled products.
- USA: We are not allowed to deliver so called dangerous goods, which can e.g. concern spray cans with products like whipped cream.
- Turkey: The import is amongst others restricted by quantity and weight.
